NIMS Incident Command System Minimum Requirements:
     * ICS-100
     * ICS-200
     * ICS-700
     * ICS-800
CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) Requirements:
     MINIMUM:
     * Group Crisis Intervention
     * Individual Crisis Intervention and Peer Support

     ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDED COURSES:
     * Advanced Group Crisis Intervention
     * Law Enforcement Perspectives
     * Pastoral Crisis Intervention I and II
     * Grief Following Trauma
     * Stress Management for Trauma Providers
     * Any other ICISF (International Critical Incident Stress
               Foundation) Approved Course
 
   
TEAM MEMBER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
   

1.   Take an active role in all CISM activities.

2.   Request Mental Health assistance when a Member’s training and resources are exceeded

3.   Assist in providing follow-up services

4.   Remain informed of the HCCRT operating policies and procedures

5.   Assist the Team in Crisis Response related activities

6.   Each Member shall function only within the limits of his/her training.

7.   Maintain strict confidentiality regarding HCCRT formal activities including topics discussed and personnel involved.

8.   Attend in-service trainings and HCCRT sponsored training events.
